Xfinity Prepaid Modem Kit Return Policy 

Xfinity Prepaid Modem Kit(s) (“Kit(s)”) purchased from participating retailers are subject to the return and/or refund policy of that retailer.  Xfinity Prepaid Modem  Kit(s) purchased from Comcast may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase or product shipping date as applicable for a refund if the Kit is unopened or if opened, Xfinity Prepaid Internet service is not available at your residence, as determined by Xfinity or equipment in Kit is defective. To return the Kit, bring the Kit to the Xfinity store where purchased or if the Kit was shipped to you, use the UPS shipping label in the Kit, or call 855-75-PREPAID. All opened Kits must be returned, content complete and undamaged. Refills for Xfinity Prepaid service and refill cards and codes not subject to refunds and are not refundable, returnable, or redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

The original Xfinity purchase receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returned and exchanged Kits must be returned in the original packaging with all components and contents.

All refunds/exchanges are limited to the amount of the Kit purchase price actually paid, less any rebates received and shipping costs. Certain promotional offers may require you to return all items you received with your promotional offer and could cause you to become ineligible for any discounts associated with applicable promotions. Xfinity reserves the right to require presentation of identification satisfactory to Xfinity (which may include a photo driver’s license or State issued photo ID) before issuing a refund or exchange.

If you paid $250 or more by cash or check, we will refund you by check within 10 business days. Cash purchases for less than $250 will be refunded by cash. Purchases by credit or debit card will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase.
