In certain instances, it may take up to 48 hours before you can activate your service. You have the option to receive text updates to let you when your address is ready for activation.
After you install your gateway, you will need to wait up to 10 minutes to activate. You will know when your modem is ready for activation when the Power, US/DS, and Online lights remain solid for at least one minute and the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz lights should start blinking. Do not unplug your Gateway or modem during this process.
After installing the Gateway follow the onscreen instructions for activating service. This process may take up to 20 minutes. During this time, the Online light on your modem will start to flash again, and then turn solid within 5 minutes. Once the Online light turns solid, please wait 15 minutes before you go online.
