If you can’t connect to the Internet, the Getting Started Guide included with your Modem Kit has some troubleshooting tips for you to try.

You can also reset your device through the link on your Prepaid dashboard or through the Xfinity Prepaid mobile app.

Still having trouble connecting?
If you’re still having issues with your connection, there might be a network outage. Visit the Xfinity Status Center to check our outage maps and get an estimated timeline for when you’ll be reconnected.
